📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Use: Mix with a liquid of choice, such as water, milk, juice or yogurt. Start with a quarter scoop per day. For optimal results, increase to 1 level scoop twice or three times per day as tolerated, or as recommended by a physician. One level scoop is equal to approximately two Greens & Probiotics capsules.
