Just 1 tbsp daily

Recommendation: Shake well before each use. Adults take 1 tablespoon (Tbsp) (15 mL/ 1/2 fluid ounce) daily either directly or mixed into water or juice. To optimize iron absorption, take this product at least 2 hours before or after taking calcium or diary products.
