📋 Directions for Use

Recommended dosage: Drink up to 4 servings per day depending on duration of exercise and/or exertion. Fill up a 5 ml (2 squirts) serving of the beverage concentrate with approx. 245 ml of cold water. 1000 ml=200 servings/ litre concentrate results in 50 litres of beverage.
