Suggested Use: Take 1 level scoop twice per day. Mix with 4 to 8 oz. of liquid, such as water, milk, juice, or yogurt. Start slowly (1/4 scoop) and take 6-10 days to reach 2 scoops. When desired results are achieved, maintain on 1 scoop per day.
