Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: During the initial 60-day period, take 1 tablet three (3) times a day with food. After 60 days, take 1 tablet two (2) times a day with food as a dietary supplement or as directed by a physician. Children under 12 years of age: consult physician.
