Suggested use: Add one (1) scoop with ~ six (6) oz of cold water or your favorite beverage to a shaker cup or blender and mix until dissolved. The amount of liquid can vary depending on your desired taste and consistency. Using nonfat milk or a similar liquid will give you thicker & creamier shake consistency. Depending on your individual daily protein intake needs, you may mix two (2) scoops with ~ twleve (12) oz of your preferred liquid. 1 scoop- 6oz liquid 2 scoops- 12oz liquid For best results: Males: Before training: Consume 1-2 scoops of ISO-FORCE 30-60 minutes before workouts.
