Directions for Use

Suggested use: Combine 2 slightly rounded scoops (36 g) to 6-12 oz cold water or the liquid of your choice (e.g. dairy milk, coconut milk, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk etc.) For best results use a blender-type bottle, shaker cup or electric blender. Our Whey Protein + Probiotics can be blended with a spoon if necessary. 36g per 2 scoops is an average. Individual scooping technique may yield slightly more or less than 36g.
