Directions for Use

Suggested use: Adults: take one (1) capsules daily with a glass of water as a dietary supplement, or as recommended by your physician. Take on an empty stomach for best absorption.

Warnings & Precautions

Do not exceed recommended dose. If stomach upset occurs, take with food or following a meal. Warnings: The treatment of any anemic condition should be under the advice and supervision of a physician. This product may cause constipation, diarrhea or nausea, or may color stool black. Tamper evident: Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is missing or broken.

Warning: Accidental overdose of iron containing supplements is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

As with any supplement, if you are pregnant or nursing ask a health professional before use.

Avoid taking other medicines within 2 hours before or after you take this product, especially an antibiotic, antacid or thyroid medication. This product can make it harder for you to absorb certain drugs. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you take any prescription or over-the-counter medicines.
