📋 Directions for Use

Directions: Adults take 2 tablets twice a day after meals for 12 weeks, thereafter 1 tablet twice a day.

Warning: Do not take if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication or other products containing red yeast rice. If you are taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product.

Seek advice from a doctor on consumption of this product if you experience any health problems. Not suitable for children below 5 years old and adults above 70 years old. May cause a temporary and harmless red colouring of the stool.

The total dietary intake (from foods and supplements) of phytosterols should not exceed 3 g a day and intake of monacolins from red yeast rice should be less than 3 mg a day.
