Myo-inositol is a member of the B vitamin family, and has been studied as an insulin-sensitizing agent that supports egg quality and ovarian health. Adequate intake of folic acid may reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Myo-folate contains methylfolate, the active form of folic acid used by the body.
