📋 Directions for Use
Suggested use: Take 1 Intensify BLACK capsule with 6-8 oz. of juice or water 30 minutes prior to your morning meal, and 2 capsule with 6-8 oz. of juice or water 30 minutes prior to your afternoon meal. Caffeine content is approximately 160 mg per capsule. To avoid sleeplessness, avoid taking Intensify BLACK within 6 hours of bedtime. Take 2 Censor softgels up to three times daily with meals, and take 1 Slim-Tox capsule with 8 oz. of water before your evening meal or bedtime. Begin with 1 Slim-Tox capsule and assess tolerance. do not exceed 3 Slim-Tox capsules per day. Consume a minimum of 64-80 oz. of water daily while taking this product. To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle consisting of regular physical activity and a proper diet.
