📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Usage: Add one scoop to 8 ounces of water. Stir briskly until powder has dissolved into a liquid. Fill the rest of the glass with water, juice or any type of drink. It can be taken more than once per day. Refrigerate after opening for maximum freshness.
