Directions for use: Consume 1 serving (14.666g scoop) of Restoraid immediately following your workout (within 30 minutes). An additional serving can be used anytime during the day, before, during workouts, at bedtime, or anytime you need more amino acids. Steps for optimal mixing: Mix one scoop with at least 12 to 16 ounces of water, preferably within a shaker cup or water bottle; shake bottle vigorously, turning bottle upside down and right side up, allow the mixture to sit until all of the bubbles dissipate (about 2 to 5 minutes).
