For adults, in the morning take 2 capsules before eating or exercising and in the midafternoon take 2 more capsules. Take 2 capsules twice daily. Do not exceed 2 capsules more often than every four hours. Limit use to no more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. If you weigh less than 150 pounds, start with half the suggested amount for the first week (one softgel two times daily).
