Soybean phosphatide complex, containing a minimum 35% (420 mg) of important phosphatidyl choline, which is equivalent to 65 mg of natural choline with other naturally occurring components such as cephalin (phosphatidyl ethanolamine), inositol phosphatides (phosphoinositides) and related phosphorous containing lipids enclosed with gelatin to ensure freshness and potency. Formula 280 provides 3 times more choline than a regular 1200 mg lecithin softgel.
