Recommended dose: Adults and children (4 years and older): One teaspoon (5 mL) taken daily with a meal or as professionally directed. Children (1-3 years): Quarter teaspoon (1.25 mL) taken daily with a meal or as professionally directed.

Caution: Accidental overdose of liquid vitamin D products can lead to serious adverse side effects in infants. This product is not intended for infants. The recommended daily dose of vitamin D for infants is 10 mcg (400 IU). This product delivers 1.75 mcg (70 IU) of vitamin D per 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) and 7 mcg (280 IU) of vitamin D per 1 teaspoon (5 mL).

Use only if safety seal is intact. Do not drink directly from bottle.
