📋 Directions for Use

SUGGESTED USE: Adults take 4 capsules 3 times daily with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Children (6 yrs. to 12 yrs.) 1/2 the adult dosage. Use Super Colon Cleanse(R) about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse(R) may be used alternatively with our top selling Colon Cleanse(R) Original. Use Super Colon Cleanse(R) for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by Colon Cleanse(R) Original for maintenance in between.
