📋 Directions for Use
SUGGESTED USE: HEAVY TRAINING (4+ workouts per week): As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop of CarnoCre with 8 oz. of cold water in the morning, and 1 scoop of CarnoCre with 8 oz. of cold water in the afternoon everyday. ENDURANCE TRAINING (1-3 workouts per week): As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop of CarnoCre with 8 oz. of cold water in the morning everyday. CarnoCre should be taken for at least 30 days. For best results take CarnoCre on an empty stomach. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program.
