Formulation Notes

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), an omega-3 fatty acid, is a major structural fatty acid in the brain & eyes and is a key component of the heart. Lutein and zeaxanthin are 2 important antioxidants that help protect the retina of the eye, supporting healthy vision and blue light protection.

Unlike other sources of DHA omega-3, life's DHA comes from a vegetarian source (algae), not from fish, so there is no worry of ocean-borne contaminants.
