📋 Directions for Use

Directions: As a dietary supplement, chew one tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

For alkaline reserve testing, eat or drink nothing for 1 hour before testing. Test pH of saliva before placing tablet in mouth. Place one tablet on tongue and wet saliva. Do not chew the tablet. Leave tablet on tongue for 15 seconds, then remove tablet. Retest pH in 20 seconds after swallowing 4 times. Individual testing procedures may vary as recommended by your physician.
