Directions: For internal use: Pour 1-2 drops in a small amount of warm water and swallow slowly, three times daily, preferably with meals.

For external use: Enjoy the versatile and refreshing benefits of Oil of Peppermint for massage, in your bath or vaporization. For massage: dilute at a recommended rate of 5 drops of peppermint oil to 10 mL of carrier oil.
