Suggested use: Take one serving (approximately 1 scoop) of M5 Ultimate, mixed with 10-12 fl. oz. of water after training, or at any time on non-training days. For best results, use daily. Use only as directed.
When used for at least 4 weeks in combination with an effective resistance training program.

Use only as directed. Warning: This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults, 18 years of age of older.
Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or are currently taking nitrates for chest pain, or if you are taking medication used to treat erectile dysfunction such as PDE-5 inhibitors.
This product contains nitrates and generally should not be used in combination with other products containing nitrates.
Before using this product, consult a licensed, qualified, health care professional, including but not limited to, if you are taking any prescription drug or over-the-counter medication, or have any medical condition.
Immediately discontinue use and contact a medical doctor if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Do not use this product continuously for more than 8 weeks. Do not use if this safety seal is broken or missing.
