Directions: Adults: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a health care professional.

Caution: Niacin may cause temporary flushing, itching and tingling, feelings of warmth and headache, particularly when beginning, increasing dose, or changing brand of niacin.
