What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

Caffeine and L-theanine have strong evidence for improving alertness and cognitive focus. Coleus and yohimbe extracts are included for metabolic support, though research on their efficacy in humans is more limited. Deanol bitartrate is used to support brain function, but clinical evidence for its effectiveness is modest.
