📋 Directions for Use
To use: Shake well, then press actuator down 3 or more times to prime pump. Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, (3) sprays twice daily or (6) sprays in the throat at the onset of a cold or flu. For daily use, spray into your mouth under the tongue, hold for 20 seconds and then swallow.
