📋 Directions for Use
SUGGESTED USE ADULTS:Take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules, twice daily, with at least 10-20 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs-12 yrs) take 1/2 the adult suggested use. Use Super Colon Cleanse Day about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.
