SUGGESTED USE: Suggested Use: Adults take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules, twice daily, with at least 10-20 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs - 12 yrs) take 1/2 the adult suggested use. For best results, use periodically with original COLON CLEANSE(R).
Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse(R) may be used alternately with our top selling Original Colon Cleanse(R). Use Super Colon Cleanse(R) for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by Original Colon Cleanse(R) for maintenance in between.
