DIRECTIONS: Mix one scoop (1.2 oz) of Vega Sport Performance Protein* in 1–1 ½ cups (8-12 fl. oz) of cold water and drink immediately after strength training or strenuous activity. May also be taken anytime to enhance recovery and help build strong muscles*. For optimal results, use in conjunction with Vega Sport Recovery Accelerator*.
