Directions for Use
Suggested Use: Take one serving (3 capsules) on an empty stomach, with 8 fl. oz. of water, at least 20 minutes prior to a meal. Do not consume SuperHD Water for more than seven (7) consecutive days. Discontinue use for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive days before resuming consumption of SuperHD Water. Please Note: We highly recommend drinking a minimum of 64 fl. oz. of water daily during use. Use only as directed.
