What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

Senna is a stimulant laxative with strong evidence for treating short-term constipation. Acai extract provides antioxidants, though research on its specific weight loss efficacy remains limited. Stevia serves as a non-nutritive sweetener with a well-established safety profile.
