Directions for Use

Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings & Precautions

Cautions/Interactions: Nattokinase may interact with anticoagulant and antiplatelet medications, including NSAIDs, warfarin, heparins, and clopidogrel. Consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this product if you are taking blood thinning or other medications, if you have ongoing bleeding/coagulation issues (including but not limited to: active ulcer, recent surgery/trauma, hemophilia), if you have a medical condition including uncontrolled high blood pressure (equal or higher to 200 mmHg/110mmHg), if you are planning a surgical procedure, or if you are pregnant/ nursing.
