Additional Information

How It Works: Glucosamine is an essential substrate for the formation of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) and proteoglycans, the main components of cartilage tissue.* Proteoglycans and GAGs trap and hold water, forming a dense fluid cushion within the joint for lubrication and shock absorption.* Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a natural source of organic sulfur, a mineral necessary for the production of proteoglycans.*

Cautions/Interactions: MSM is generally well tolerated with no known drug interactions. Pregnant/nursing women, as well as individuals with glaucoma should consult their healthcare practitioner before taking MSM.
