L-Taurine 800 mg per serving

Allergens: This product contains no soy, dairy & dairy byproducts, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, gluten, tree nuts, or sesame

Additional Information

Some studies suggest that it works together with l-glycine and gamma aminobutyric acid (gaba) to function as a neuroinhibitory transmitter. Other studies suggest that l-taurine may play an important role in muscle maintenance and increased nitric oxide production, which in turn causes an increase in oxygenated blood flow to the muscles. It has also been suggested that l-taurine is an effective stabilizer for the body, regulating the amount of water and minerals in the blood as well as acting as an antioxidant.
