Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 29.6 grams (~6.5 tbsp) with 8-12 ounces of water or suitable beverage and consume within 15 minutes of mixing. Taken 1-3 times daily, once in the morning, as a pre-workout, and/or as a post-workout for best results.
