📋 Directions for Use

1-2 servings 12-16 oz. shake well Suggested Use: Based on your performance needs, mix 1 to 2 scoops of SuperCarb into 12-16 oz. of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds. Consume before, during, or after intense exercise as needed for added energy. Increase your dosage if engaging in prolonged exertion for 2 hours or more. Use the following directions when mixing into larger containers such as a gallon jug or 5 gallon cooler: Mix 10 scoops of Super Carb into 1 gallon of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds. Mix up to 50 scoops of Super Carb into 5 gallons of water. Stir thoroughly for 45-60 seconds.
