1 serving mixed with 8-16 oz. favorite beverage 1-2x daily Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving with your favorite beverage 1 to 2 times daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by your physician. We advise an accurate milligram weight scale be used.

Fiber binds with zinc and can inhibit the absorption and availability of copper. While this can be a good thing for individuals with overly high copper levels, it can be a problem for people with copper deficiency.
Take any antibiotics 2 hours apart from a zinc supplement.
Signs of zinc toxicity include stomach upsets, diarrhea, vomiting, kidney problems. Zinc toxicity can be fatal.
