Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Amino-Gro in 6-10 oz. of cold water. Consume 1-3 servings per day depending on your training goals. Amino-Gro can be used throughout the day or for a pre-workout/intra-workout boost. Amino-Gro can be used on its own or in combination with other iSatori supplements.
