Additional Information

CoQ10 (also known as Ubiquinine) is found in the Mitochondria of every cell and in high concentrations in heart tissue. It helps maintain cardiovascular health and promotes vitality and energy. Since CoQ10 is a fat-soluble nutrient, it is best absorbed when combined with a small amount of fat. Therefore, we added oil to our CoQ10 before encapsulation, eliminating the need to take with food containing fat.
