Directions: To assess tolerance, take (1) capsule on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before breakfast and an additional (1) capsule 5-6 hours later. Once tolerance has been assessed, an additional (1) capsule may be added to the morning serving.

Under no circumstances should the initial serving be exceeded or the warnings on this bottle be ignored. DO NOT EXCEED 3 CAPSULES IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD. DO NOT USE PRODUCT FOR LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS FOLLOWED BY A SUBSQUENT 4 WEEK BREAK.

WARNING: DO NOT USE IN COMBINATION WITH CAFFEINE OR ANY STIMULANTS FROM OTHER SOURCES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COFFEE, TEA, SODA, AND OTHER DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS OR MEDICATIONS.
