📋 Directions for Use

Recommended Adult Dose: Take three tablets daily before bedtime, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

If you experience abdominal cramps, spasms and/or pain, reduce dose or discontinue use. Hypersensitivity to senna and cascara sagrada has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

Do not use for more than seven days.

Risk Information: If you have intestinal obstructions and/or stenosis, chronic gastrointestinal disorder, atony, appendicitis, inflammatory colon diseases such as Chron’s disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, nausea, fever, vomiting, hemorrhoids, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, a severe dehydration state with water and electrolyte depletion; or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use. If you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; or if you are allergic to plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family, do not use.
