Directions: Take 1 Tablespoon (30mL/ 1 Fl Oz) at bedtime with 8 ounces of water (preferably on an empty stomach 2-3 hours after eating). If you have eaten, still take AminoSculpt. An additional serving can be taken at bedtime, or during the day for increased results. Best results are experienced when AminoSculpt is taken for 90 days (although most users notice certain benefits within a few weeks).
