Directions for Use
Suggested usage: Mix one scoop (33 g) to 8–12 oz (1–1 1/2 cups) of cold water or your favorite beverage and shake in a shaker cup. Take PGX SATISFAST with or without food 1–2 times per day or as directed by a health professional. If desired, add to your favorite smoothie recipe for a healthier alternative.
Notice: A small percentage of people may initially experience minor digestive changes when taking PGX. Slowly work up to the full dose to give your body time to adjust. It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (8–16 oz or 1–2 cups) after taking PGX.
