Directions for Use

1 serving - Mixed with 8-16 oz. favorite beverage - 1-2x daily Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 level scoop (3g) mixed into your favorite beverage, 1-2 times daily or as directed by your physician. For maximum benefit, take up to (6000mg) per day. For best results, shake for 15 to 20 seconds using a shaker cup or mix thoroughly with a spoon.
