1 serving - Mixed with - 8-16 oz. - Favorite Beverage - 2-3x daily
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 level scoops (2000 mg) mixed into your favorite beverage 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by your physician. Mix for 20 seconds using a shaker cup or mix thoroughly with a spoon. May be hygroscopic and may clump during storage which will not affect the quality of the product.
