Directions for Use

DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (9.59 g) with 4-5 fl.oz. of water or your favorite beverage, pre, during or post-workout. For maximum results, mix 2 scoops (19.19 g) with 8-10 fl.oz. of water or favorite beverage pre-workout and sip thoughout your workout to power your training.
