Directions for use: Add 1 level scoop (12 grams) of AMINO2(R) to 8oz-10oz of water and stir/shake powder into solution. LET STAND FOR 30-60 SECONDS. Stir again until mixture has dissolved. For best results, take AMINO2(R) immediately before and after exercising. On strenuous training days, AMINO2(R) can also be consumed during your workout. On non-training days, take 1 serving upon waking.
