What the Evidence Says

AI-generated · Qwen 3.6 · methodology

This profile includes Zinc and Vitamin B6, which support general metabolic function, alongside Tongkat Ali and Tribulus terrestris. Research on these botanical extracts for hormonal support is limited and often inconsistent. Diindolemethane is included for estrogen metabolism, though clinical evidence for its efficacy in this context remains moderate.
