DIRECTIONS: Adults take 1-2 teaspoons a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Children over 3 years take 1-2 teaspoons a day, or as your health professional advises. (standard teaspoon = 5 ml) This delicious creamy liquid may be blended into yogurt, smoothies, milkshakes or deserts.
