Suggested Use: Dosage for Green Tea Extract 50% EGCG is 500 mg one to two times daily. It is not recommended to use daily for longer than 3 months. As with all of our powders, a micro scale is strongly recommended for proper dosage.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 300mg doses, 1 - 3 times daily or as needed. Long-term use for weight loss should be done in 3 month cycles.
