Directions for Use
Suggested use: Adults take two (2) softgels daily with water, preferably with a meal, as a dietary supplement, or ad directed by a healthcare practitioner. Note: Many find it beneficial to start with one (1) softgel per day for one week and then increase to two (2) softgels per day.
